Residents will have the opportunity to dispose of any of their ‘bulky’domestic rubbish free of charge this Saturday, with staff and caged vehicles on hand to at four locations throughout the morning, as the council’s free Saturday morning bulky waste collection scheme continues.

Turtle power is set to take over Blackburn town centre next month.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael and Donatello will be performing at the lights switch on Thursday, November 20.
