A specialist centre to support students with Autism has been given the green light.
It will be based at the former Crosshill School site on Shadsworth Road in Blackburn and was given the go-ahead by Blackburn with Darwen Council’s Executive Board.

A busy pantomime season across the borough saw attendances increase at both King Georges Hall and Darwen Library Theatre
The production of Snow White at King George’s Hall saw an increase in audiences of 10.6% on the 2013 production of Cinderella, and an increase of over 28% from 2012.
