Sessions will be taking place at:
Wednesday, June 20th at Darwen Leisure Centre
Thursday, June 21st at Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre
The course is £15 per person and includes a two hour diet and nutrition workshop which offers advice on understanding weight loss and mythbusting.
