Parking charges will be introduced at Witton Country Park from March 1st.
The main Witton Park Car Park and the astroturf car park will charge 50p for two hours and £1.50 to park all day.

An exciting new development could be coming to the Blakey’s site at King George’s Hall.
Restaurant chain EastZEast is in discussion with the Council to open a 200-seat restaurant operating 7 days a week plus a gelato offer with coffee, light meals and desserts during the day.

Darwen resident Eileen Helliwell has donated three early photographs of Blackburn Rovers to Blackburn Library.
Eileen was clearing out whilst moving house and found the photos in her loft.
