A vigil to honour those killed and wounded in recent terror attacks across the world will take place tomorrow (November 17)
Councillor Mohammed Khan, leader of Blackburn with Darwen Council, will join members of the faith community to mourn the dead and show solidarity with those affected.

The Union Flag will fly at half-mast outside Blackburn Town Hall and Darwen Town Hall today (Monday 16 November 2015)
Council leader Mohammed Khan will lead a minute’s silence on the Blackburn town hall steps at 11am as part of a Europe-wide mark of respect and solidarity, in remembrance of those who lost their lives.
