Blackburn with Darwen Council is hosting a public health consultation event this week.
The event at Shahi Qila Restaurant in Blackburn, on Wednesday June 11, will be held in association with the Lancashire Council of Mosques and will focus primarily on supporting smokers to quit ahead of Ramadan.
