Planned works due to take place on Gorse Street, Blackburn, have been postponed.
Drainage works were due to start on Monday, October 22nd, as part of the growth plan for the Furthergate area of Blackburn, and the road would have been closed for the week.

A major project to upgrade pipes supplying gas to homes and businesses in Blackburn will move to a new site from May 2.

We have been informed by the National Grid that, due to ongoing works Aqueduct Road is to remain closed today, and unable to reopen in time for the Blackburn Rovers v Cardiff City game tonight.
