Council services affected by Tier 4 restrictions

The Tier 4 restrictions for Blackburn with Darwen have an impact on some Council services.
Here’s a round-up of the services that remain open:
Blackburn Central Library and Darwen Library are open for Call & Collect service only – find out more about Call & Collect and to request books call 01254 661221
Blackburn Library also offers limited computer access for anyone who struggles to access digital services from home – book in advance by calling 01254 661221
Blackburn and Darwen Market Halls are open for essential goods only – food stalls, takeaways and newsagents – and most essential traders are offering home deliveries.
