Council’s investment to shore up traffic safety at town centre hot-spot

Work is to start next week (w/c Monday 24 July 2023) on a new car park at Blakewater Lodge, Whalley Range in Blackburn, designed to provide safer parking for those on the school-run, shoppers and visitors to the area.
