An outline planning application to transform a vacant site near Junction 4 of the M65 has been submitted by developers Barnfield Blackburn Ltd.

A project to develop a prime piece of disused land in Lower Darwen has started.
Two existing, disused office blocks off Greenbank Terrace, near Milking Lane and Junction 4 of the M65 are currently being demolished to make way for a new development.
