Groups interested in managing the operation of Roman Road football pitch and changing rooms are being invited to submit expressions of interest.

Councillor Mohammed Khan, leader of Blackburn with Darwen Council, reacting to the news that East Lancashire Football Development Association, received £200,000 in funding for grass roots football, said:
I am delighted the association working in partnership with us has been successful in their bid to improve facilities.
