A new way to exercise is here – Bangra’cize.
The dance-based classes are held at Bangor Street Community Centre every Thursday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and cost £2 per session.

Organisations are being sought who can take over the management of Bangor Street Community Centre.
Blackburn with Darwen Council is looking for a qualified and experienced group who can demonstrate that they are capable of effectively managing and developing the facility for the benefit of the community.

Over £400 has been raised by a Blackburn community in support of the Mayors Charity
Over 500 Blackburn residents supported the Mayors Charity at a community family fun day earlier this year.

A new sports club has launched which aims to get children active.
Based at Bangor Street Community Centre on Norwich Street, Blackburn, the club is open to children over the age of ten, with a wide range of sports available and is free of charge.
