Mayor delivers festive cheer to postal workers

Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Council, Councillor Faryad Hussain, has visited Royal Mail’s Blackburn Delivery Office to pass on Christmas wishes and encouragement to postmen and women at their busiest time of year.
