A new way to exercise is here – Bangra’cize.
The dance-based classes are held at Bangor Street Community Centre every Thursday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and cost £2 per session.
Bangra’cize is a fast paced dance fitness class to ‘Bhangra’ music which is a type of upbeat popular music associated with Punjabi culture, originating from the South-Asia.
The project is being part-funded by Lancashire Sport via the Positive Together project.

Voucher prizes are up for grabs for people who attend the most classes.
