Early years are completing on behalf of the local authority a survey on childcare to assess current supply and demand in the childcare market as part of our statutory duties to complete a childcare assessment.
If you are a parent/carer or parent-to-be your views will be important to us on childcare that is provided in Blackburn with Darwen.
