There’s a festive treat in store on Thursday December 7th, when Ewood Park will transform into a magical Winter Wonderland.
Rovers manager Tony Mowbray and his first-team squad will be in attendance on the evening. The event will provide fun for all the family, with proceeds split between Blackburn Rovers Community Trust, Child Action North West and Life on the Edge.
The action-packed event will get under way at 4pm, with a mini-fairground, trampolines, an inflatable goal shoot-out challenge and visit from Santa Claus himself among the main attractions.
There will also be food and drink stalls, with hog roast, burgers and hot dogs, as well as popcorn, candy floss and mulled wine all available.
Later in the evening, activities will begin on a sizeable stage, which will be located pitchside in front of the Blackburn End and hosted by the Thwaites Theatre cast of Cinderella.
Kicking off the entertainment, the Rovers players will take to the stage to sing a Christmas carol and they will be followed by performances from a brass band, as well as Blackburn Cathedral choir and school choirs.
Britain’s Got Talent star Ella Shaw will also be performing on the night, which will end with a spectacular fireworks display.
Tickets cost £2 and are available at the Roverstore, or call 01254 372000 or visit www.eticketing.co.uk/onerovers
