- 16th Nov: Blackburn, Darwen and Rural Civic Voice – A private viewing of the Borough’s Archives, Maps etc. arranged by local history librarian Mary Painter. Blackburn Library 7.00pm.

- 18th Nov: Lunchtime Recital, with Mark Swinton of St Mary’s Collegiate Church, Warwick, Blackburn Cathedral 1pm
- 19th Nov: Community Living Room, ongoing Art & Drawing Sessions, Blackburn Library 10am
- 18th Nov: Steel Pan Band Community Sessions, The Bureau 4pm
- 19th Nov: Meet The Clangers, Tiny & Small will be meeting & greeting families from 2pm in The Mall Blackburn & 4pm in Blackburn Market
- 19TH Nov: Blackburn Christmas Light Switch On, Town Hall Square, King William Street 5pm to 7pm. Compared by Ted Robbins, with Alisha Dixon, Jake Quickenden, Carl Fogarty, Ella Shaw, Henry Gallagher, Tiger Heart, Peter Gunn & Alex Bain – plus children’s favourites Tiny & Small from The Clangers.
