• 16^th Nov: Blackburn, Darwen and Rural Civic Voice – A private viewing of the Borough’s Archives, Maps etc. arranged by local history librarian Mary Painter.  Blackburn Library 7.00pm.

• 18^th Nov: Lunchtime Recital, with Mark Swinton of St Mary’s Collegiate Church, Warwick, Blackburn Cathedral 1pm
• 19^th Nov: Community Living Room, ongoing Art & Drawing Sessions, Blackburn Library 10am
• 18^th Nov: Steel Pan Band Community Sessions, The Bureau 4pm
• 19^th Nov: Meet The Clangers, Tiny & Small will be meeting & greeting families from 2pm in The Mall Blackburn & 4pm in Blackburn Market
