Here’s our list of events in & around Blackburn & Darwen from Monday, 3rd October to Sunday, 9th October 2016.

- Until 21st Oct: Nightsafe Homeless Series, Photography Exhibition by Caroline Guthrie, Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery, Wednesday – Saturday 12 – 4.45pm

- 4th Oct: Walk the Walk, Tour of Hobkirk’s Sewing Machine Museum, meet 2pm

- 9th Oct: Steam Sunday, A collection of steam vehicles will set off from Darwen at 10am & arrive on King William St, Blackburn at 12 noon, where they will be on display until 4pm
- 9th Oct: Spot On Rural Touring present a double bill “ Classical Indian Music” & “Painting the Indian Gods” from Balbir Singh Dance Company, The Bureau 6pm
Darwen Town Centre:
- Until 20th Nov: “Prom, Prom, Prom”, exhibition showing different perspectives of Morecambe sea front, Sunnyhurst Woods Visitor Centre (Thurs – Sun 1pm -4.30pm)
- 5th Oct: Don Banks Afternoon Variety show, Darwen Library Theatre 2pm
- 7th Oct: “And Finally…. Phil Collins”, Darwen Library Theatre 8pm
- 8th Oct: 3 Towers Ultra Marathon, Start Sunnyhurst Woods 7am, ends at Ranken Arms 5pm
- 9th Oct: Wedding Fair, Whitehall Hotel, Darwen 11am – 3pm
