Your experiences and perceptions of crime and anti-social behaviour in Blackburn with Darwen are being sought by Pennine Lancashire Community Safety Partnership.
This will help them to prioritise your concerns through the activity of their members to include Lancashire Constabulary, Blackburn with Darwen Council, the National Probation service and Community Rehabilitation Company.
You will be completing this questionnaire anonymously and your responses will be confidential with any information received being used in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act. The survey should take around ten minutes to complete.
