There is a press conference taking place today (Friday) at 3.20pm hosted by Lancashire County Council which Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council will be part of.
The Council’s Leader, Cllr Mohammed Khan, CBE, will be part of the panel answering journalist questions.
It will be live streamed via both Lancashire County Council’s and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s Facebook pages. The press conference will also be available to view online afterwards.
