Thank you to everyone who contributed to #BackingBlackburnPhotography

Almost 600 images were shared with us using the #BackingBlackburnPhotography, showing huge support across the borough for Blackburn’s City Bid!

As part of our recent application to the Queen for city status on behalf of Blackburn, we were asked to submit 50 photographs of the area.

We called out to our amazing residents for these images, asking them to get involved and share their vision of Blackburn with us to help form the application.

The response and talent demonstrated has completely blown us away. You truly showed the beauty of Blackburn.
