The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a proven, simple set of actions that anyone can take to positively impact their day-to-day wellbeing.
They are small improvements that can help you feel good about yourself and the world around you.
This campaign is designed to encourage you to take up something new, or do more of something you already do, because it feels good and it has a positive effect on your mood.
And we all need a bit of that, right? Covid has been really tough and it has stopped us from doing lots of things we enjoy and would normally do.
So we want to encourage you to explore all the opportunities in our borough that can positively impact your wellbeing.
Taking Notice
Catch sight of the beautiful, remark on the unusual.
Be curious, savour the moment and be aware of the world around you.
Being aware and present directly enhances your wellbeing. Savouring ‘the moment’ can help to reaffirm your life priorities.

We’re using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing to highlight a range of services and activities in the borough – including mindfulness sessions online – that can make you feel good and function well. All activities have been designed to be Covid-safe and supportive at a time when positive mental health and wellbeing is so important.
