There is much speculation about the latest Covid 19 control measures and what they might mean for us in Blackburn with Darwen and beyond. Discussions have been taking place over the weekend with Government officials and we have clearly outlined our position as a Council and as a collective across Lancashire.
What is clear is that we have another eventful week ahead with difficult decisions to be made.
