The memorial event will take place in the library’s Hornby Theatre on 17th July, from 1.30-3pm.

It will be held in the memory of more than 8,000 Muslim Bosniaks who were killed during the Bosnian War in July 1995.

The award-winning film Fog of Srebrenica will be screened to tell stories of survivors of the Srebrenica genocide, which is the only holocaust in Europe since WWII.

Contributions and reflections from guest speakers will follow the screening of the film.

Everyone is welcome and the entry is free. Please note the film is rated in the age category 15.
