Restricted Rocks competition terms and conditions

The promoter is: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council with the organisers behind Restricted Rocks Festival. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted.

Closing date for entry will be Monday 25th April 2022.

After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

  • Entrants must like the competition social media post, whether on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook
  • In the comments section, tag a friend
  • Share the original post from Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council – whether retweeting on Twitter, sharing on Facebook, or posting on their Instagram story

The promoters, named above, reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

The prize is as follows:

  • 4x Weekend tickets to attend both days at Restricted Rocks Festival 2022

The winner will be picked at random from the interactions on the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council competition post.

The winner will be contacted by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council no later than the Tuesday 26th April 2022.

If the winner does not respond within three days of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
