A pop up recruitment shop is opening in Blackburn.
Capita TV Licensing, which is based in India Mill in Darwen, will be giving information out about its vacancies in the Blackburn Is Open shop in King William Street on Monday November 17 between 10am and 4pm.
People are invited to come along and find out about how to apply for the full and part time posts. Students, stay at home mums and dads or older people are all welcome to apply.
Blackburn with Darwen Council has helped with the recruitment drive as securing local jobs for local people and helping business grow/expand is one of the local authority’s top priorities.
Councillor Maureen Bateson, Executive Member for Regeneration, said:
We know that people in the borough are keen to look for work and this is a fantastic opportunity. This is a huge recruitment drive by a local firm and we are keen to support them in any way we can. Come along on the day and find out about how to apply.
