Pantos come but once a year

Pantomime season is once again almost upon us and this year King George’s Hall will show one of the Brothers Grimm masterpieces: Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.

This enduring tale of love, loss, mirrors and poison has been shaken up, re written and given a slight modern twist by East Lancashire’s funny man Phil Walker, and is set to be a fantastic night out for the whole family.

Presented by the Stageworks Worldwide Productions this panto will feature the lot, including a truly villainous wicked queen, a perhaps familiar Prince, stellar musical performances and of course the Seven Dwarves, but maybe not as you know them.

Following on from last year’s success as Cinderella, local girl Miranda Myles returns as this year’s leading lady as she steps into the shoes of Snow White.

Joining Miranda are a talented cast including Nicola Broadley, Taylor Murphy, Bryan Reid, Alexey Kofanov and Liberty X star Kevin Simm, who stars as the dashing prince, all bringing to  life an enduring fairy tale that is a true family favourite.

Choreographed by Shani Mitchell, this Panto is set to be one of the best for 2014, don’t miss out.

The pantomime opens on Monday  December 10 and will continue till December 31. Tickets start at £10.50 with a family ticket for four priced at £42.

For tickets or further information contact The Box Office at King George’s Hall on 0844 8471664.
