Inspired by the ‘Believe in the Magic of Blackburn Town Centre’ book by Christina Gabbitas, Blackburn with Darwen Libraries have launched an online treasure hunt through time, visiting many of the locations visited by Peggy and Imtiaz in the book. 
Sadly Coronavirus restrictions mean the Library service haven’t been able to launch the trail around the town centre like they’d planned, but you can do this treasure hunt from the comfort and safety of your own home, and it’s a fun activity to keep children occupied during the restrictions. Simply click on the link below to access the hunt, then work your way through – solving clues as you go.
