Coverage from Tuesday’s one minute silence was shown on TV and filmed by That’s Lancashire crew.
People in Blackburn and Darwen were invited to support a national one minute silence on Tuesday, 5 June at 11am.
The leader of the Council, Councillor Mohammed Khan, the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen, Councillor Colin Rigby and other community leaders signalled the start of the minutes silence outside Blackburn Town Hall.
A book of condolences was also opened at Blackburn Cathedral for people wishing to pay respects to those killed and injured in the Manchester bombing on 22nd May – now it also shows messages to those who lost their lives in London.
The footage can be viewed here and you can tune into That’s Lancashire every day on Freeview Channel 7.
