Council website: tell us what you think

Blackburn with Darwen Council is looking for ways to improve digital services for our customers, workforce, Borough and partners. One of the ways we can do this is by improving the Council website and how it works for its visitors. To help us make some important decisions about how we can make it better we have produced a survey asking people to tell us what they think about it.

This year is the first where results reflect reforms that have changed the secondary education examination system.

Working with Blackburn based arts organisation – Action Factory, children aged 7-11 will be inspired to create stories, illustrations, drama and have fun with textiles.

Belmont Primary School – healthy travel to school week

Success has been celebrated at Belmont Primary School after they are the first school in Blackburn with Darwen Borough to have achieved 100% participation in the initiative ‘Healthy Travel to School Week, co-ordinated by the council’s Connect Project.
