The Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen was among the dignitaries to officially open a new resource to support charities and organisations to spread the word of their services, volunteering opportunities and events.
The resource, called the Community Wall has been developed by Community CVS in partnership with the Mall. It is housed in the Blackburn shopping centre.
The Mayor, Councillor Jim Shorrock, helped Blackburn MP Kate Hollern to cut the ribbon and officially open the wall.
