Last chance to hit Heritage Festival

Published Thursday 14 September 2023 at 13:22

The Blackburn and Darwen Heritage Open Days Festival – the community-led festival of history and culture involving local volunteers and organisations – is continuing apace and there is still time to visit and take part in a whole range of activities and events.

The Festival, held every September, brings people together to celebrate the heritage, community and history in and around Blackburn and Darwen. Stories are told, traditions explored and histories brought to life. It’s your chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – and it’s all free.
