People are invited to attend flag raising ceremonies in front of Blackburn and Darwen town halls in support of Armed Forces Day.
As part of the Borough’s commemorative events to mark this year’s Armed Forces day, there will be a flag raising at both town halls on Monday, June 25th, taking place at 11am. Everyone is welcome.
Members of the Armed Forces will be joining civic dignitaries for the event.
Armed Forces Day is an annual, national campaign that gives everyone the opportunity to show their support for the men and women of the Armed Forces past and present.
