Then one day a talking fish starts granting their wishes…

Councillor Quesir Mahmood, Deputy Leader for Blackburn with Darwen Council and Executive Member for Growth and Development said:

Our free activities at the markets with Culturapedia are always a hit and we’re looking forward to them returning in the February half-term.

It’s a great way of keeping the little ones entertained for free and you can make a morning or an afternoon of it too – lunch at the markets, a spot of shopping and the sessions to enjoy.

We also have free activities planned at our leisure centres and libraries too so lots going on in our town centres.

If this sounds like something you’d like to try, be sure to put the dates in your diary and we’ll see you there.
