Blackburn with Darwen Council is flying its Union Flags at half-mast in honour of those affected by yesterday’s attacks in London.
The leader of Blackburn with Darwen Council, Mohammed Khan said:
The community is united in sorrow following yesterday’s shocking attacks in London.
As a mark of respect we will be lowering the flag to half-mast outside both Blackburn and Darwen Town Halls along with others across the country. Our thoughts are with those affected.
