Fire in Belmont – residents advised to close windows and doors

Lancashire Fire and Rescue are currently dealing with a large outdoor fire off Stoney Bank Road, Belmont.

Residents in the area are advised to keep windows and doors closed as the fire is causing large plumes of smoke.

Fire fighters are at the scene, the cause of the fire is not yet known.
