The incident at Feilden Street Car Park has now been resolved and the building is now open.
People parked on the car park can now collect their cars.
There will be no charge for parking for today for these car park users.
The Barton Street junction of Blakey Moor and the Feilden Junction of Montegue Street have also now re-opened.
