The competition is open to businesses based in the borough of Blackburn and Darwen.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. It is a requirement that the small business provides their own art work to be displayed on the advertising platforms.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted.
Closing date for entry will be Monday December 3 at 12pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Unless stated otherwise
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Please note that all entrants must comply with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s advertising policy.

The prize is as follows:
Small business Saturday advertising package
The small business with the most nominations in the comments section will be deemed the winner.
The winner will be notified by Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner after the closing date on December 3
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
