Darwen Town Hall is now open as usual after the reception was flooded over Bank Holiday weekend.
On Monday, due to health and safety concerns for customers, visitors and staff, we had to close the reception area until the issue was resolved. The area was partially re-opened Tuesday, and now is fully open.
Normal service has now resumed. Thank you for your patience while this was being dealt with. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to residents.
