A large fire has broken out at Kay Street in Darwen leading to some road closures in the area.
Firefighters were called to the scene just after 2pm at Forshaw Motorcycles. A total of 10 fire engines and an aerial ladder platform are in attendance.
Some roads have been closed while firefighters work to put out the blaze.
The only access to Kay Street is via Atlas Street and the junction to Sudell Road has been closed off.
There are large smoke plumes in the area and residents are being advised to keep windows and doors closed as a precaution
