Blackburn with Darwen Council’s Privacy Policy was updated on May 25th 2018. This update reflects the changes in UK data protection legislation under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
Your privacy is very important to us; this new policy will advise how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your personal information.
In addition to the new privacy policy a guide has been published that explains your enhanced rights under the new legislation in relation to the personal data we hold about you.
