As we prepare for a new year, Councillor Phil Riley, Leader of the Council, has shared a video message looking forward to 2026.
It promises to be another busy year for the Council, with Local Government Reorganisation taking shape, and the Lancashire Combined County Authority bringing more money and decision-making powers to our county.
In his video message, Councillor Riley also praises the hard work and dedication of Council staff, who strive to deliver quality services for all Blackburn with Darwen residents.
