Councillor Mohammed Khan, Leader of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, has shared a message of positivity ahead of the Christmas period.
While Christmas is normally a time for family gatherings and festive celebrations, this year we all must continue to be vigilant in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
Councillor Khan created a short video which addresses the challenges that the borough has faced, including the impact that the virus has had on our local businesses.
He wishes everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New Year and hopes we can work towards some normality in 2021.
