Information about some of Blackburn with Darwen Council’s main services and building opening times over Christmas and New Year have been published on the Council website including information about leisure centres, libraries and visitor centres.
Some council services will be closed for additional days on the bank holidays Monday, December 25, Tuesday, December 26 and Monday, January 1.
