The Council is pleased to be supporting the return of Blackburn Cathedral’s much-loved Community Carol Service, which is back by popular demand.
The Cathedral will be opening its doors on Thursday evening for a heart-warming festive celebration, including a joyful sing-along of favourite, traditional carols.
There is no charge to attend the event, but each person will need their own free ticket – you can book now using this link:
