The traditional Witton Easter Fair is on its way to bring some spring fun to Blackburn.

The fair has been one of the main attractions at Witton Park for many years and starts on Friday, April 7th through to Sunday, April 23rd in time for the Easter school holidays – and the fairground looks to be bigger and better than ever.

Run by The Showman’s Guild, it will be bringing a wide range of attractions for people of all ages with the large range of super rides, including dodgems, the waltzer, ski jumps, train rides, the haunted house and many others.

Opening hours will be 12-9pm.

Councillor Damian Talbot, Blackburn with Darwen Council’s Executive member for Culture. Leisure and Young People, said:

The Witton Easter Fair is a wonderful tradition in the borough and it is great to see it back again this year. It is a fantastic event for children, families and people of all ages over the Easter Holiday period and I hope residents and visitors have a great time.
