Murder at Blackburn Central Library! Who dunnit?

Published Friday 16 September 2016 at 11:52

Blackburn Central Library is hosting a murder mystery night to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare.

The interactive murder mystery evening will take place in the basement of the library and invite participants to interrogate suspects, solve the clues and separate fact from fiction to catch the killer

In keeping with 2016 being the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death the mystery will be based on the idea that an unknown and unpublished play by Shakespeare has been uncovered in the basement.

However, hours before the manuscript can be authenticated, renowned scholar, Professor Oliver Worldsastage is found dead!

Taking place on Friday, September 30 at 7pm, the evening is being performed by murder mystery theatre company Highly Suspect.

Tickets £3 includes tea/coffee & light buffet supper – call (01254) 661221 or email library@blackburn.gov.uk for more information or tickets.
