By Skill and Hard Work (BS&HW) celebrates the talented people who live, work and play in Blackburn.

In this, The Making Issue it looks at the makers, crafters and artisans of East Lancashire.

From chocolatier Daniel Coletta who has opened up his own chocolate shop selling amazing creations like Marmalade and Toast truffles to the four local ladies behind No.11 that sells the best of new craft and design.

Blackburn Film Club shares its tips for setting up your own movie mayhem and DJ Richard Searling at Blackburn Soul Night recommends his dance floor classics guaranteed to get your toes tapping.

Plus there are interviews with young fashion designer Alex Wareing who is staging Blackburn Printfest and the teenage entrepreneurs behind printing business Ink Threadable.

Along with news about local cultural events, gigs and workshops plus much, much more.
