Anyone who’s a fan of legendary DJ Dave Haslam won’t want to miss this chance to spend an evening with him discussing his new book at the Festival of Making – taster day.

Dave who was a regular at the famous Haçienda nightclub in Manchester has written a book about nightclub venues called Life after Dark.

The book which has received rave reviews will be the topic of discussion on Saturday, September 12 at King George’s Hall.

The event is part of the Festival of Making taster day, a chance to see what’s in store when the Festival of Making is launched in October 2016.

It will see Dave in-conversation with a panel of guests, and a special collaborative music performance. The panel features David Shepperd (Music Journalist and author – Mojo, Q, Uncut and the Observer), Paul Stan Nataraj (Sound and music researcher), Pete Eastwood (Founder-Night at the Museum Live)
