Councillor Maureen Bateson, Executive Member for Regeneration, said: “The Family Safety Week is a great initiative as it teaches families the importance of cycle safety. It’s paramount that we teach children how to cycle safely and how to wear the correct equipment, then families can safely enjoy, quality, family time together.”
